Do you ship worldwide?
No, we are currently only shipping to Pakistan wherever major courier services reach.
Can we return jewellery?
For hygiene reasons jewellery cannot be returned. If an item reaches you damaged for any reason you must photograph it immediately from its packaging and we can take it up with the courier for claims. We check each item and use appropriate packing to avoid any damage.
What if I have allergies to metals?
If you have allergies to any metals we advise you to avoid buying as we cannot guarantee any minor mixtures in metals and alloys.
What if my package is late/lost?
Please check with the courier using tracking.
What is the best way to contact you?
DM on instagram. Please wait 3-4 days for a reply. We can only respond to questions related to orders. A general question that cannot be answered may not be addressed.
Do you have after sales service?
We do not provide after sales. If you wish to discuss you can message us and we have considered cases for fees in the past.
